Responsibilities of Store Managers:
In Managing daily operations to achieve sales goals and profit objectives, Sales Revenue is Job #1.

*Responsible for assisting in hiring, training and employment decision
*SM’s are responsible for the overall direction, coordination, merchandising and evaluation of the store
*Will manage all aspects of the store to meet profit and growth expectations
*Recruit, interview and hire top talent as well as train replacement
*Lead by example
*Provide ongoing training to sales team, Must See Behaviors, networking to the public to establish working partnerships with area business
